Due to demand and continued growth, we are currently seeking qualified Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as new additions to our team. These positions include great probabilities for career advancement.

Project Manager

This person will report to the Sr. Project Manager and will constantly interface with all parties relevant to the overall coordination and control of the project. For you to qualify for this role you must have a minimum 8 years experience, successfully running multiple building/renovation projects and an abundance of "hands on" experience dealing with Trades, Suppliers and Manufacturers. A good knowledge of current technology and building codes as it relates to residential construction. Ability to set and operate within a budget. Experience in handling working drawings or sophisticated design products. Proven ability to provide strong leadership and mentor staff, foster teamwork, and develop business/customer relationships which assure repeat and referral business. The successful candidate must adopt and practice Trademark's business philosophies with an emphasis on protecting the interests of the customer and delivering a quality product on time, on budget. Good communication skills are essential. Must be Bondable and hold a valid drivers license. Compensation package commensurate with experience.

Assistant Project Manager

This person will report to the Project Manager and will interface primarily with the Trades and Suppliers providing "hands on" site management regarding construction activity. For you to qualify for this role you must have a minimum 5 years experience and be multi-project oriented with the ability to comprehend and adhere to plans and budgets. The successful candidate must adopt and practice Trademark's business philosophies with an emphasis on protecting the interests of the customer and delivering a quality product on time, on budget. Good communication skills are essential. Must be Bondable and hold a valid drivers license. Compensation package commensurate with experience.
